ReelsEngine generates short-form videos from your series settings using AI (scripts, images, voiceover) and, when you approve a video, publishes it to social accounts you connect. You need an account to use the service.
You own the videos generated for you, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for: the niches and concepts you configure; reviewing videos before approving them for publication; complying with the terms of the platforms you publish to (including YouTube's policies on synthetic/AI content disclosure); and ensuring your content does not infringe others' rights.
Prohibited content: you may not use the service to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive (including impersonation of real people), sexually explicit, targeted harassment, or that violates platform policies. We may refuse to render, suspend, or terminate accounts that attempt this.
Outputs are machine-generated and may contain errors. The review step exists so you can verify accuracy before publishing; you are the publisher of record for everything you approve. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original in every element, or fit for a particular purpose.
Connecting a YouTube or other platform account authorizes us to upload the videos you approve, and nothing else. You can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your channel (demonetization, strikes, suspension).
Paid plans include the quotas described at purchase (series count, renders per day, quality tier). We may throttle or suspend usage that exceeds plan quotas or that we reasonably consider abusive. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law; see the refund terms on the pricing page.
The service depends on third-party AI providers and platform APIs; we may modify features, providers, or these terms (with notice for material changes). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsEngine is provided "as is"; our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Australia.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
